This is how we work together:
In my sessions, the focus is not on riding or technique, but on relationship, perception, and clear communication - with the horse and with yourself.
All work is done exclusively from the ground. No prior experience is necessary - neither with horses nor with specific methods.
The content is tailored individually, but often covers topics such as:
Understanding and Using Body Language:
How can I communicate with my body so that the horse understands me?
And what happens if I am insecure, nervous, or unclear?
Leading and Building Trust:
What is needed for the horse to trust me and follow?
And how do I handle it if it hesitates or does not follow me?
Setting and Perceiving Boundaries:
How close may someone come? How far may I go?
Children and adolescents experience very directly through the horse when closeness feels right – and when it does not.
Playful tasks and mindfulness exercises:
Depending on the situation, small exercises are used to help calm down, focus attention, and become more aware of the horse.
The concept of Natural Horsemanship forms the foundation of my work. It is not about specific techniques or methods, but about an attitude: respectful, clear, and honest. Horses reflect what is going on inside us - immediately, yet without judgment - providing valuable feedback. I guide this process with clear instruction, honest feedback, and great sensitivity. My goal is for everyone to leave the stable standing a little taller than when they arrived.
